Defendant, Gerald Rieflin, was charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder. We hold that the district court did not err in finding Rieflin competent to stand trial. We also hold that the court did not violate Rieflins physician-patient privilege by allowing the testimony of a doctor and nurse at the second competency hearing. We affirm.
